@Michael Csrnko1) Make sure to use a pricing software like price labs or wheelhouse to have competitive pricing. 2) Don't always give refunds or credits to guests when they complain to get a 5 star review.

We literally got a 4 star review overall because there wasn't "enough tp" in the house and because the linens are provided in sealed bags and not on the beds, but everything else " was great".

Just be realistic with your expectations and do not shoot for the stars when you don't have the means yet.

I have great reviews from guests (over 30) though do have the occassional 4 stars that brings it down even though they loved the stay.

We have our reservationists respond with ChatGPT with all 4/5 star and anything 3 star or less gets sent to management. 

5 star rating with a brief review - done. 

Consistent 5 star rave reviews confirm this.  

I was the first one to review them on TrustPilot a few months ago and they've clearly orchestrated a campaign to get a bunch of 5-star ratings on there, but we (and others) know the truth and I thank you for sharing yours here.
