Attorneys are expensive but asking for a legal question, (opinion), in this venue, will only get you what you paid for.

@Mike Nelson  I am not a supporter generally of the way wholesaling is being taught on BP and other venues.. however.I do get a lot of these letters from wholesalers I would say 1 to 5 a week as I buy a lot of property in many states for all cash..
