Is there any way to get PennyMac to lower the payoff amount, at least to just the principal amount, enough to cover the partial claim, satisfy the mortgage lender and be able to afford to relocate my family (I only need $7,000 to $10,000 to get a vehicle/uhual and move my family, and that includes the new place)?

well your far from a beginner so I am sure you can deal with any of the creative financing vehicles.. my advice was for someone just starting out.

If you’re aiming to attract higher-paying renters, consider going taller (10-12 ft) for flexibility with larger items or small vehicles—this may boost interest and rental rates.

Much easier to put your cash in a different investment vehicle with less risk.

The price/unit in the area will likely be reviewed/analyzed by an appraiser and in fact, could be the main driver of their valuation of the building.

We also have our main subcontractor and our driveway guy that would like to rent some space for their vehicles and materials as well. 

I am concerned about parking and how that would work parking more vehicles along the street. 

Once you've done a little educating through a $10 book and some free podcasts (the good ones), the main driver of your success is consistent daily action.

It's primarily a legal protection vehicle and should be advised upon by a lawyer in most circumstances.

@Rion Redinger Hi Rion, I don't show a unit until I have a completed application including a pay stub documenting employment and income, a copy of the applicant Driver's License and I will have run public record court searches for all munis and counties listed on the application.
