@Craig Tom  fair enough  I live in Portland .. and yes its not chump change to someone.. but its not the end of the world for a 150 to 200k a year engineer  which are the vast majority of mid west investors from the bay area.. so I do apologize that I lumped all the engineers into one box.however if you look at some of the original threads on this company you will see.. the top 4 or 5 turn key operators chiming in.. and for whatever its worth..
