The "I want to use real estate to replace my income and quit my W2" idea is really, really hard.

Property is still a class A location, but slightly too big for the average user. 

e.g. if you plan to increase rents, do comparable properties command higher rents?

@James Wise, a long-term BiggerPockets user, was sued for $7.2M by Clayton Morris for reporting on Morris on his YouTube channel.

I started investing in 2019, got my license in 2021 and was initially with a residential broker that was primarily focused on retail transactions (aka sales, purchases, leases, for regular end user folks). 

The tools that are offered are exceptionally useful and user friendly.

It does seem like users of both platforms really like them, so it may be a matter of just choosing one and going with it.
