Turn-key would likely be the smoothest, but IĀ am open to a fixer upper if the numbers work.As far as the unique funding, I am an equities investor with accounts held in trust and therefore my taxed income is quite low which limits my options unless I opt for a portfolio loan or separate entirely through a DSCR loan.

did 3Ā Ā one broke even only because sponsor made everyone whole at exit which I suspect is quite rare.other two are perking along.. these were Class A apartments in Upper mid west promote was not some sky rocket return and frankly I can do better on my own.. but it was end of year so I was looking for some cost seg.Ā
