It was a my first entry to this space and quite uneasy into the deal.My main concerns are those empty lots and long distance to manage.

I feel uneasy that all of this was not laid out at the beginning of the relationship.

I am working my way through the podcasts right now and that info is great but still have an uneasy feeling about where to start...I am sure there are 100s of these posts every day and i am sure there is a great resource collection of things i can read, but i tend to understand things quicker and with more detail by having conversations with people. 

The thing that I'm most uneasy about is getting a property with all kinds of liens and major issues with the home itself...who would have thought right?

@Justin Youngblood I can understand why you feel uneasy about the possible transaction.

I'm always a little unsure/uneasy about investing so far away because I won't be able to see the property myself and I'd have to really trust the people there managing the property.

OP felt uneasy about an agent claiming a fee for a property that the OP did all the work for an never involved the agent.  

His title company of preference made us uneasy with some of their actions but we are always looking for a title company to add to our preferred list to work with.

However, the fact that appreciation is not guaranteed made me uneasy.

But I'm still left with this uneasy feeling that I'm not ready to buy my first property.
