Funding for mobile homes and abandoned parks can be tricky, but there are definitely lenders out there who specialize in these types of properties.

You can also hire a real estate attorney off of UpWork or Fiverr to review the documents and give you an opinion just to be sure.

I have learned over many years of investing and working with many different types of investors, that there are many different types of Quality Deals, and they are not that same for every investor. 

Financing depends on your scenario and what type of property you're purchasing.

It takes a lot of phone calls and asking around, but you can normally find a local or regional bank that is willing to work with investors on these types of properties.Mike
