They do however have available one on one coaching and some programs that have been vetted that are available if it is something you are interested in, like running AirBnBs, or learning how to travel hack credit cards.

Full disclosure - I knew John back inthe late 1970s early 1980s when he traveled the guru circuit of those days as guest speaker at REI clubs selling “books and tapes” at the back of the room.  

I suspect this is mostly campaign rhetoric that was popular with the current anti immigrant xenophobia that grew out of the pandemic both here and internationally and won the election, but the governments ability to achieve any real change in the population of illegals in this country would be very out of character.   

We exclusively travel during non-peak seasons, so we would be looking to rent out completely during busy/peak seasons, and would stay at the place during slow seasonsQuestions for the experts out there:1. which development(s) tends to be the best for ROI/have the best occupancy rates?

My new primary residence in Oregon will not be in an LLC however I intend to travel off and on, and rent it out but that won't occur for another year or so.
