Online platforms like Zillow, PropStream, and Auction.com are worth exploring, and don’t forget to check out local real estate groups for deals and partnerships.Since you’re in Racine, the Rental Property Association of Wisconsin and Milwaukee REIA are great resources for networking, finding contractors, and learning about funding opportunities.

Often there will be speakers to learn from and active investors to learn from as well.

Start connecting with local investors or attend meetups. it’s one of the best ways to learn and get insight.

@Lina Truong definitely submerse yourself in MTR learning for at least 2-3 months.

One out of the box idea that might be cool is to implement an educational feature similar to learning a new language on Duolingo.
