The property passed final testing by the county health department.Is this anything I should be concerned about?

I am in the process of studying for my licensing exam in the state of Tennessee and plan to work in the Chattanooga area upon completion of the test (which will be quite soon).

The no is a test to see how they will take it and respond, whether they will listen.

I was drawn to this investment mainly to test out the new padsplit model.

However if you plan on buying 3-4units, there is a trigger rule for FHA, it is called the self sufficiency test.

I just extended my lease to a 2 year lease because of this success and fully believe that this airbnb will continue to do well.The newly onboarded airbnb:So the new airbnb had a little bit of a rough start, the laundry machine had to be replaced as it stopped working whilst I was testing things out in the home, I had a bit of a higher cost setting up the airbnb, (painted and filled in cracks that were previously present) but to be honest I spent around the same I would have spent if I had to fully furnish the home.

My 2 cents is right there with the other guy, get into something on your own first to test the waters and know what it’s like to actually buy and do some work.
