Cookie cutter homes on tiny lots, some McMansions and a sea of terra cotta tile roofs.North of Sheldon Rd on the West side isn't Elk Grove anymore, and neighborhood quality quickly drops from B to C then to D in a matter of blocks.

It doesn't put one penny in your pocket to report them to credit bureaus.That may be true about reporting to credit bureau's, but I was thinking more of Collections Agents going after them for unpaid rent after an eviction, ja?

original electric  maybe 60 to 100 amp , not enough for today , old steam boiler  ,  galvanized plumbing ,  terra cotta sewer pipe clogged with roots , 3 layers of shingles on a 12/12 pitch roof ,  termites , Lead paint , no fire escapes ,  the list goes on .
