If you're wanting to get into construction managment there's two main areas you would need to make yourself an expert in; Reading plans & Scheduling.

I highly recommend you read the SEC filing and the 1U Amendment.

I’m not sure how many of the previous responders read your post because they didn’t even ask obvious question number ONE….1) How much of a capital gain will you have?

With out reading th contract I can't know if it is legal but it sounds like they created a situation where they have to be the manger.

I can definitely attribute a lot of my success over the last few years due to the connections I made on Bigger Pockets and the things I've just simply learned by listening to and reading all the great info available here!

I've read a lot about house rules and there seems to be two paths - only posting simplified/abbreviated rules on the respective OTA, or having more detailed rules sent out and approved.
