I found my go to handyman on Craigslist over 10 years ago.Today I would use a local RE FB group or a recommendation from people in my RE Club.

Or hang out at places where people with money go, i.e. nice hotel bars, nice restaurants, country clubs, etc.

For example, I was looking in Cape Coral and there were nice modern homes with swimming pools doing barely $30k, whereas a pool in many other markets is a major advantage.

You can also check meetup.com or search Facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.Ask questions in the appropriate forum.
