(Granted, on your first rental, the idea that you might only have returned $2,000 in profit after a year is hard to swallow but as you accumulate more rentals, and the rents rise, it becomes easier especially when you factor in the appreciation.)Just my 2-cents worth.Good luck in your investment endeavors!

This would crush the chain from tenant to bank and make business so much harder to resume when we finally begin to normalize.I just have to keep telling myself that these insane laws are keeping the competition away from my deals......but that logic is growing harder to swallow day by day
