@John Voychick I'm so sorry to hear about your experience, it really pains me to hear about people getting subpar treatment and customer service I always listen to people's experiences to make sure that I can prevent these kinds of things from happening to my clients.

My only complaints with their customer service are 1.

Unless Quickbooks has addressed the issue does not have a specific real estate module so you have to work around it using customers as properties and jobs as tenants.

You're running a business and businesses choose what payment methods are acceptable to them - not the customer. 

Replacement homes will be climate hardened, smaller, functional and include consideration for the type of infrastructure, architecture and sustainable/durable materials utilized. 

For this reason, it would be prudent to not overleverage yourself in this type of environment in order to wait and see where rates do end up falling, as there is consensus in the market we are moving into a falling rate environment, the exact timing of when rates will be falling is unknown and different scenario analysis should be added to underwriting refinance periods to be sure the project is sustainable if inflation resurges and a refinance is delayed.

I am looking to begin the process of a 10+ year plan to build out a sustainable REI enterprise which would ultimately provide me with significant passive income and net worth to make a legacy business for my family.

Ideally, you pick a good property that is self-sustaining.

I am a happy customer and would use this company again.  

Last year one of our lenders would not lend to new customers or customers who have never did a commercial loan with them.
