Hey guys,I have been looking everywhere for info on how a simple interest loan could be used as a supercharger on rental property cashflow by paying for literally ONE DAY OF SIMPLE INTEREST PER MONTH IN TX.A couple months ago I bought a truck.

My W-2 super charges my investing.

What I mean by this is that when you purchase a property, by targeting specific things such as vacant properties, estate sales, or distressed sellers you can target a lower prices that allow you to super charge your cash flows, build smart equity in the properties with out having to deal with working around tenants and have a good amount of equity in the property even before you make your first mortgage payment.

I have joined a REIA (Lifestyles) not at a the super charge level, just basic.I have read pretty regularly on these boards.

Geez, you need to supercharge your goals there man!
