It is an area with over 300 days on sunshine per year, gateway to MANY National/State parks and 40 miles from Gambling or 100 miles to Vegas for fun.

My involvement in the area would be more along the lines of hard money lending because I live in the Northeast but, would like to make frequent trips down to this sunshine.  

I was born and raised here as well, then moved away for college and actually left the Sunshine state to come back home (the jury is still out on whether or not that was a good idea..) but as you know, this is a great place to live, work and invest.

California sure is a dreamy place with it's great weather, abundance of sunshine, gorgeous beaches, mountains etc.

Once the sun shined a little in Seattle I have seen many props go pending/inspection.
