I'm trying to gauge your level of experience as I want to make sure my opinions/suggestions about STL S8 properties relate to you.

To me it kind of defeats the purpose of protecting personal assets and standing up the LLC.2. 

The upward trend of those orders suggests there is a WAVE of REOs coming.

Any contract or suggestion they give seems overpriced, whereas contracts/work I've found seems to be much more reasonable.

I'd suggest you ask as many questions as you can, there are a ton of people on here who are knowledgeable in many subjects. 

My coach suggested (and I implemented) a "must do tracker"....it's a color coded spreadsheet (I like to print multiple copies and keep them on a clipboard to stay in my sight/top of mind). 

I would love to hear any suggestions about where I should look to live in the area.
