Hey @Corbin Wright, so this site came up earlier and I am a little dubious.Essentially, just because the property is working now, doesn't assure future success.So much goes into creating a successful STR that it can be difficult for those that have never done it to maintain the level of success.They want you to subscribe as well as pay for the "Pro" subscription.

Use a variety of sources to get numbers, and obviously make sure you're comfortable with whatever range they fall in before getting serious on a property.To those unfamiliar, we share two properties daily with all of our subscribers.

You will have to become active and join a firm (affiliate) where you'll have oversight, and if you want keys to the kingdom so to speak, you'll have to subscribe to your NAR MLS, perhaps your commercial board, and all the memberships your firm requires. 

I provide these to my Masterclass and my Investor Download Center subscribers.

I have to subscribe to a leads site (BatchLeads) and I bought a multidialer and I have him use it.

There may be other third party data providers that you can subscribe to for your target market.

But it is definitely worth subscribing to.
