Just for the record for the 15th or so time, I clarified many times that I was refering to CA and referenced that so many times, so try reading again and get off my case.Ryan, it appears you only want to stir up the pot to argue (yet again), I am trying to help others, if you don't have any real help to offer them, move on.Again, you are picking the wrong tree to bark up, I bite back and hard!

This is really a stupid thread, and oriented toward stirring up anger.

All of the Chicken Little talking heads on TV are stirring up people's emotions and not focusing on the fact that we are STILL the richest and most powerful nation on the earth by a long stretch.

Including items such as his comment of "doing you a favor" will just tend to stir the pot.I just finished a letter to a tenant that left early (didn't even tell me he was leaving) and my letter to him was clear but unemotional.

You get to put down a big chunk of info, and you have more "control" over what is placed onto the blog.The forums are great when you are looking to stir up conversation or debate, since there is more of an equality among the participants.So when you are the educator for the topic, I think it belongs in the blog; otherwise, the forum works.Now, I am still a bit baffled about whether one is permitted to place a link to a blog onto the forums, and what the rules for that would be.

That's why I'm confused on this so-called disclosure thing (where you "have to" proactively tell the bank about every offer or you're being unethical/illegal) because why go stir the pot with the lender?
