Hello All,What app/Managment software have you found success with for taking applications and managing tenants?

I feel like in today’s day in age there are so many tools for STR operations and I cannot believe there is no integration for a merchant of sale transaction or some kind of financial app/ software that can take the remitted taxes and pay them to the government automatically.

Costs after it’s placed in service are deductible as rental expenses.If you need help tracking these costs or categorizing them for your tax return, consider working with a tax professional or using software that helps you manage rental property expenses.

My one tip would be, its not about getting wealthy quickly, but more long term.
