When COVID started, I encouraged all my tenants to move because what's the point in cashflowing when you live in house full of tenants during a pandemic?

Note this goes against the rationale of the 15 year rule which was to encourage new housing by not having it result in rent control for 15 years.  

I encourage those I work with to deal honestly.  

I doubt as a society we will ever solve the affordable housing problem our country faces, but there are certainly measures that can be taken to make housing more affordable.
