She was being diplomatic and didn’t say specifically it was me and the other Multi Family Mindset student but we got the impression he was trying to get us pushed out of it so he could move in and get a bigger percentage.A month or so went by and then next thing I know we had to learn by a social media post that my Multi Family Mindset coach had a new deal with the two former students who we had partnered with on this same deal.

Well Steve, I don’t know how to tell you this…but Pace had a show in A&E 2 years ago, rubs elbows with Grant Cardone, wrote a book for BP, and is all over social media.

The social side of Biggerpockets, like newsletters, blogs, and SM sites, is part of the problem.

@Samuel DioufI think @Becca F. is making the point not that there aren't deals in Ohio - there are deals everywhere - but that you're not going to "cash flow" just by buying a random property.
