One potential partner, has built 100 doors over the last year, a number of which were slot homes - were pretty consistently running $175/sqft hard and soft cost, but not including financing; they indicated with financing worked in, they averaged $200/sqft all in.

You can use Globiflow (included with the Podio Premium tier) in conjunction with your email server to send emails.http://www.globiflow.com/help/action-send-an-email...Globiflow is also commonly used to create & send PDFs (for offers or other documents).

If you don't want them putting it in your mailbox, they can put it under the mat, or put a rent box/slot on your door that puts the rent safely inside your house.Honestly I don't get it.Almost all of my tenants pay electronically, but I do still have 1 or 2 that bring me checks.

To be honest and this might be silly, but my only real concern is that since the Server minimum wage in Colorado is over $7 that it might be a little harder to get a server job there than in NJ.
