This cash should be reinvested into the S&P 500 or something with stronger returns since real estate has no compounding effect like stocks do. 

I sincerely doubt such a list exists, although each mortgage lender would know which of their own borrowers is behind, of course.

What's funny is that the main honcho in charge - Scott Trench - I'd trust buying something from him in a second as I think he's genuine & sincere and it's obvious what Josh saw here when he was looking for a successor.

My sincere hope is that someday we can all raise enough awareness, have the right protections in place, that the vast majority of this stuff goes away. 

Materials and labor is high right now so we aren't doing much fix and rents or BRRRRs since rates to refinance are high.
