We are seeing that in Silicon Valley also for 2 years.

In my neighborhood, 3bedroom houses are renting for $4,500, and this is Oakland.I thought Silicon Valley was much, much more desirable.

I don't see these larger MF valuations as being sustainable by any stretch, especially given that 500 additional units are in various stages of development and we aren't silicon valley cranking out IPO insta-millionaires.

Ideas have been presented, i.e. need to complete an exchange - who knows - but it's fair game to point out that someone may be doing the best deal that works for them right now and it might not be all about cash flow.Example: I have a friend in Silicon Valley; he and his wife have high income. 

Funny, I lived in the SF Bay area when working in Silicon Valley.

Now this was a listed property.. but regardless I looked up the owner and he lived in Los Altos hills off of Page Mill above hwy 280.. if you happen to know the area this is deep into silicon valley money.. 

Fill the holes with silicone, and then tar over.You will probably have to trim down the tree on street-side of building if you are going to mount the dishes on the corner w 4x4.
