Far too many to sift through to be honest.

Sifting through Zillow you may be able to find properties that look comparable but miss distinguishing features that have huge implications for your analysis.

Also, back then, appraisers had go down to the courthouse, or cozy up with an assessor, to sift through property deeds and assessor cards for data.

I can't do all the sifting through deals, checking out properties, and facilitating the transaction.

Going over the contract and helping them to understand your terms will help you sift through the bad GC's and find a quality professional. 

Hi, I'm very new to the real estate world and have some (very) basic questions about MH investing.I've been listening to a bunch of podcasts, watching tons of videos, reading books and articles, and am fortunate enough to have a friend who is a property management company CEO, but alas there are some more nitty-gritty questions that I have no clue as to what the answers are (there's so much information out there, it can be tough to sift through sometimes...).
