I am in a co-op program which means I rotate between classes and in-field work each semester.

In the future, with a student rental, we should buy well before the spring semester is over--Dec through March.

For example, my 2/1 would normally rent for $600 per month, but once furnished and fully converted, I rent each room for $2,200 per semester or $8,800 total for one year (not counting the summer months). 

You should keep in mind what students should be remembering tomorrow about what you taught them today, next week, at the end of the semester, and 10 years from now.

I am in Houston a coming upon my last semester in grad school.

Real estate caught my attention my last semester in university so I included as much of it with my studies as feasible.Fast forward...I'm on the brink of getting a property under contract.

During the second semester, I applied to become a member of the mentorship program that allows participants to learn and develop resume, interview, and network skills, along with learning and applying technical skills such as real estate accounting and valuation fundamentals.

Traditionally, the starts of the school semesters bring a little slow down.
