I found, in my search, that you can’t easily use other people’s money to purchase in Mexico.

You can search this by clicking on the magnifying glass in the upper corner of the screen as it’s asked literally monthly if not weekly. 

I am searching through all the BP threads trying to find the best fit for me in terms of asset protection/law/CPA firm that specialize in real estate investment and have narrowed it down to Anderson or KKOS/Mark Kohler.

Is there something like off-market commercial deals where I can search them (like Investorlift or New Western for residential) ? 

After diligent searching there are ZERO duplexes for sale within an hours drive of my work place.
