When riots ravage Minneapolis, no one is talking about the demise of that great city.

That has to be primarily because of the riots.

I am also confused how you were able to determine that there were riots in Detroit, we are not seeing any here right now.

There was literally a small riot outside my unit one day when I was home - with my kid!

The water is fine, the stores leave because the store owners get shot at and robbed, if they even showed up to work regularly they’d soon make more, and the police let them riot and burn here while being dirty, too. 

I sold my rental duplex in South Minneapolis in 2022 after getting frustrated with the City Council and leadership allowing riots and the burning down of local businesses in the local community and the gov't not stepping in until 4 days later with the national guard.
