We have even done some rescue BRRRs where some investors have waved the white flag and walked away from the project.

I often give to the local rescue mission and encourage others to do the same.

then you have the wholesalers get on here that do this and preach what a service they provide and how they are rescuing folks  so maybe in their own mind LOL  ..

@Marc Rice yes, I've been working with a rescue where I am and have found one to work with up in Columbus, they're going to help them find homes once their old enough @12 weeks but I'll be fostering them until then.

They should all be unemployed for the same amount of time that the longest unemployed person in CA has been - teach a little reality to them - preferably without any stimulus rescue.

but in this Niche we were spending only maybe 15 to 50k per deal to rescue them. so if one went wonky it was just the cost of doing business..

We learned the very hard way over the last two decades that even purchasing Sub2 won't rescue a dog of a deal!
