We're hoping to get something going in the US  with a formula and strategy that works and replicate again and again!

Despite receiving numerous unsolicited offers, I can’t imagine trying to find a new deal in this market that would replicate my future returns.

That will take way too long to replicate this (BRRRR) strategy at a rapid rate.

Service based retail that is hard to replicate online, such as convenience stores, restaurants, QSR, grocery, wireless stores, dry cleaners, medical offices, hair and nail salons, etc can generate strong risk-adjusted yield compared to apartments.

Now replicate that again and again.

I would like to replicate what we did in the LLCs on my own by using  Private Money Partners, which seems a lot like the syndication being talked about above.

Also, try to attend your local REIA meetings and find out what the local investors are doing in order to generate deals and try to replicate them.
