Hi Dane,Lets talk YOU for a moment.Every high income physician I know makes that income by putting in the hours.And then there are the required "Unwind" hours that increase with the increase in billable hours.And then there are the "getaways" //recreational travel to recharge your batteries// if you do that.Look at your daily, weekly, and monthly current time commitment and figure out where the time will come from to handle a psudo-hotel business.How many times must you take a call for the business when you are treating Mrs.

I waited about 2 years in-between properties because I needed to finish my 1st property as well as recharge funds.

They are more commercial grade and you don't need to recharge them or change batteries.They have a website.

And the battery is just 4 AA, not a rechargeable pack like in a ring doorbell.

I felt recharged and super motivated afterwards.

Apparently, storm water recharge / runoff is a huge issue for the "powers that be" in Boston.

. :) 400 GPM will run a small city LOL.. maybe you meant 40 gpm :)   having dealt with wells and septics my entire career  one would need to do some good due diligence on this stuff.. if trucking in water is allowed then I guess thats the fix when the well dries up.. if the ground water is not recharging you certainly could have a lot  of dry holes.
