I rattled places I know 1st hand with experience in but many can sing the same song. 

He advised not to do extremely heavy loads at a time so it didn't rattle around quite so much.

Right off the bat he rattled off seven different addresses that he could think of.

I have a few questions rattling around in my head:1) If the seller can't pay, is foreclosure the best method to recoup the outstanding balance?

If you want to get the money you are owed, call her and threaten to call her Chain of Command; that should rattle her cage a bit.
