Looking for some advise if it is right choice to additional capital to this investmentHere is how I look at a capital call.

Mostly people with minimal RE experience are adding a single ADU and they often make that choice based on cash flow without taking into account the negative equity position.  

We get just as frustrated because the system is a bit "broken":(I believe the team is in communication with you about your options - just be sure to also let us know your choice to secure the property to deter squatters as cost-effectively as possible.

That is in addition to clauses that require anyone that stays more than 7 nights in 12-months to apply (then it becomes our choice if they are treated as a temporary occupant or tenant) and prohibition of subleasing.

(5 tenants are original tenants, having been in the homes since I purchased them 9-12 years ago when I was doing more buying.)My last purchase was a 1031 exchange in September of 23 for a new build.

Don't pay the current owner (higher purchase price) for the work he/she didn't do.

You are invested, you are investing, you have control, direction, a say, impact, choices.

I'm able to review the reports provided and help my clients make the best choices depending on what they're doing.

But I have 0 empathy to pay for someone's CHOICE of not having there stuff insured.
