Fear sells and the doomers and crash bros have been telling us about this crash coming since 2019.

I fear I would be run out of business if I was successful at all.So there's my current status.

I have always feared debt but I'm finding myself high on equity and low on cash flow.

I fear the timing may be an issue with the large transaction volumes, and money in money out scenario.Any advice regarding the best accounts for SPE LLCs used to invest in and hold real estate would be greatly appreciated. 

Continue your positive thinking and you will find the right deal, get it financed, and then suffer all the fear, anxiety, and sleepless nights we have all gone through LOL.  

I see so much fear around taxes and the loss aversion people feel is very real to them.  

They bought into the fear and exchange rates favoured them as well so made money going in and while coming out.

(going from 6.75 to 5.5-5.75) What I fear is that this forces me to stay in the property again for another 12 months.

The fear of the unknown is what's getting me, but I hope I'll be learning a lot from everyone!

I really do want to get over my fear of investing in bad areas.
