I am not talking about taking trips around the world, I am talking about paying for prescription pills and assisted living.

If this happened long enough ago, each state varies in length, the former owner could have acquired an easement by prescription, or possiblyou adversely possessed the portion of land.

But that's not a prescriptive regulation.  

Patti's timelines are correct but they're not prescriptive regulations. 

I think the reason for the crazy responses is not because "everyone on FB is crazy" but the formatting of the ads by FB and allowing the ability to instantly send a pre-scripted question that doesnt even relate to the ad..  

If not, people might just say they need to smoke "medical mari" for treatment and cannot show you the actual medical mari prescription. 

Tell her that you will need her to sign a release form for her doctor to release information to verify the prescription of a support animal. 

Meet them at a therapist’s office for some prescription medicine or at your law office after they send you any legal documents from a lawyer.
