here is the problem....loan modification vs foreclosure deadline...my neice is in the foreclosure process and the foreclosure deadline is 1/29/09...does she need to becareful with this deadline (today) if she is within the loan modification process. thank-you for your precious time in this matter....i was just told that they did infact, extend the foreclosure deadline to 2/11/09....HOWEVER, i would still like to know what that answer would have been. would she have been protected by the loan modification process.

I just saw that no more than 5 minutes after listening to that portion of Peter Schiff's speech.I have to be honest about precious metals.

It might be time to consider investing a monthly budget for a social media manager/assistant who can help you buy back some of that precious time and help you with managing keywords, marketing, emails and getting your message out there.

If the precious note holder was already notified they may not notify you and if the redemption period runs out the mortgage will be erased even if you as new note holder was not notified.I would say these taxes need to be paid soon by property owner or you as note holder.

BTW if we had purchased the IB place across the street from the drug apartment my return would have exceeded our Chula Vista purchase mostly because the IB SFR was <100' from the beach and beach is precious and finite (more finite than Chula Vista RE).
