In poker it's called bluffing.

Much like poker, as long as you're "still in the game" from a financial standpoint, you can always get your money back.

If you think of it one day that will be your property would you like to know before buying that there is a Ted Bundy living there.So go disturb them but in a smart way, it’s my money and I’m buying real estate not chips for the poker table. 

I currently do not hold "employment" with the contracting company and am a professional poker player who does not report much verifiable income.

Don't forget about the pool and completely fenced in backyard and the RV garage tucked off to the side of this amazing home that has an added room set up as a games room with a poker table, arcade game etc!
