The recent consecutive mistakes have been so EGREGIOUS, that I honestly thought that it was either A SICK JOKE, or some coordinated attempt to push out some of their tenured clients.

The reason she mentioned is that her grandmother in another state is sick with cancer, having a surgery, and she needs to take care of her.

If it's a Mainstream bank like WF, BofA, Chase they'll likely be most worthwhile on a plain vanilla primary purchase, and provide a good frame of reference as you shop for mortgage options.

This is just plain incorrect.  

Plain and simple, there are just better markets for cash flow with less archaic tax structures and market swings. 

I try to imagine where I would have been if I just would have started my go big journey sooner, but then I just get mad at myself and makes me a little sick...Here are the things I learned:1.) 

Getting a home certified as Healthy clean indoor air and clean water limits your liability too and increases the standard of living for tenants if they're not getting sick from indoor air pollution or lead in the Water they have the most time to work to pay us rent.

If you get a well to supply water, you may take on liability if a tenant were to get sick from the water. 

Because, as you seem to have found out by yourself, as the best deals generally don't show up in plain sight for everyone to see, as is the often the case in the US too.
