You can listen and learn about a lot of different facets of the industry to decide what you are most interested in pursuing.  

I’d totally trust my gut on this, and I’ve found trusting your gut, is pretty important in all facets of real estate (and life for that matter).

I wish for it to be very in-depth so as to understand lots of facets to the industry and process.

I will definitely start networking with other investors in my area and continue my learning on the many facets of multifamily real estate.

I call it, "The Blind leading The Blind", or maybe one person in your group is a genius who has terrific real estate experiences, is knowledgeable about every facet of real estate, is a workaholic and the others are brain-dead 24/7 beer-drinking zombies. 

As you learn more it will help you establish a detailed goal to work towards as there are many facets of real estate investing and you can't do it all at once.

I'm sure there are additional facets needed to give a complete picture, however...Who would I talk to to see if it make sense financially and they also understand REI ?

First time with ground up development, but well versed in all facets of construction and management.

Be in it for the long haul, make it a part of you, yes, it will help you in all facets of life!
