Every month (here in FL) I onboard usually 1-2 Vacasa transfers. 

We have been using Showmojo for over a year and a half and I have been impressed with the on-boarding service.  

Moved to Austin 13 years ago and am finally on board to start my real estate journey.

Highly recommend it, but it does have a big onboarding fee if you're managing multiple properties. 

@Troy Zapp, if the wife is on board, start exploring the investment strategy of house hacking to minimize monthly expenses and watch your income snowball.

I ended up going with BIFI ... unsure why ... but so far - the onboarding was very simple and - again, so far so good.   

I am thinking about going with buildium because of the cost just need to some more research and get my PM on board.

If they complain, show them this part and ask them to recall discussing their responsibility during your onboarding conversation.The other option, you can choose not being a landlord if this is to much to handle. 

Not just the minimum and get all your friends, family, and co-workers on board to help you get there. 

@Bill Fanelli I am not personally using it, but I heard it can be a bit troublesome in terms of onboarding.
