I just found out that They don’t allow leases that are less than 6 months.Any thoughts on how to overcome this challenge?

When things are arms-length, the taxable amount is generally the exact commission amount as the buyer's agent, buyer, seller, and the listing agent all have adverse economic interests.Again, it's a facts and circumstances based analysis at the end of the day. 

How about switching your mindset to "How can I overcome this obstacle.."

These means may have some challenges to overcome, but I suspect so would taking advantage of this new law.  

Listen my points is finding ways to overcome any situation arising on deals and keep everyone safe and happy.

In reality, besides maybe public sewer capacity, nothing I list isn't able to be overcome, but it could get very costly.You will want to talk to with a GC and potentially the building department directly to understand any issues that may keep you from executing on this plan.
