We added value by repainting interior, new floors, new roof, resurfaced the pool, added a fence for privacy, upgraded the landscaping, sealed and painted the exterior, added central A/C with new unit, upgraded the irrigation system, added gutters, added security cameras, added hurricane proof front and rear doors.

For the inspection, I can add a $195 “sewer camera inspection” to the already $600 inspection.

Then install a camera that points at the door.

The multi door padsplit operators have alot of home automation they remote control and monitor including cameras on the front door (not interior), remote managed bedroom door locks, front door lock etc etc.I won't get into either rent by the room or airbnb! 

He also suggested I bring out someone else to camera the system again to get a second neutral opinion.I hired Cable, Pipe, & Leak Detection and the technician that came out today was very impressed with the on-site system. 

I have cameras to keep this from happening or stop it if it does start to happen.

General cost should be about $200-$300 and the apparatus has a camera on it to go through.

We have a perimeter fence, barbed wire, 17 cameras, electronic gait access.  

Looking for something I can use other than the basic home internet to manage the locks and cameras at my property remotely.
