I have done this in the past for guys that got nailed in the states they were working in  Mississipi for one. 

If you ever want to see the difference in person, just try running a cheapo Chinese nail into an old-growth 2x4 and watch it bend in half. 

Get that management company nailed down now, as they should have better marketing strategies so you can take those off your hands, and it allows you and the management company to align and manage expectations from day one. 

If it's a DSCR based loan, there is no cap on the # of loans. 

I only allow a few small nails per wall.
