Congrats on all of your investments and momentum!

The accepted wisdom is that you don't invest in condos, but ours have performed well for us, and it gave us momentum that lead to us buying SFHs elsewhere. 

From there slowly build momentum.

As you start doing more deals per year it gains momentum. 

Specifically, a bike lane and path plan was approved by the council but never implemented due to lack of momentum.

They are there to build you into a stronger business person and leader, to open yourself up for MORE.It took me 4 months to get traction for my FIRST ASSIGNMENT DEAL (after losing everything in my first 5 out of state deals... if you haven't read the story, here it is again... ) , but once you learn and build MOMENTUM, things get easier and faster...until they halt again, as there's another lesson you need to learn as you grow into the next version of YOU, and YOUR BUSINESS.

I do feel though that you need a certain level of momentum before it makes sense to hire one.

That's hard to say, I wouldn't want to let the lack of 1 of these resources to affect momentum.
