Hi guys, So, I am a recent tenant that moved out of a Los Angeles, CA unit (2737 Francis Ave) owned by LBJ Realty Holdings, LLC and Hollywood Fountain, LLC and am curious if any tenants/ landlords here can explain this away:So, being a meticulous and obsessive neat freak, I had documented with photos and videos when I had moved in and out of the unit (all original condition, any damages, etc.).

All of the bedrooms have plush carpeting for more comfort and the bathroom has been meticulously designed to enhance every square inch of space.

The owner who did the work was meticulous. 

And I've also been taking very meticulous teeny tiny baby steps to just keep moving forward.

Before you land your planning should be so meticulous that what you are doing is physically confirming what you think you already know.  

Super meticulous, always on time with timelines, hard worker, fair, trustworthy, great value system, family man, and reliable.

I'm good with people, I'm good with strategy and analysis, I'm true to my word, I'm organized and meticulous, and I'm genuinely interested in taking a "mutually beneficial" approach. 

You need to be meticulous and keep track of all your expenses associated with each property (property taxes, insurance, maintenance, mortgage interest, property management fees paid, etc).

Hey Guy yes I have a very dependable CG who is very meticulous when it comes to flips. 

This could've been avoided if we had a more meticulous SOW.
