"Learning to dance in the rain" is a metaphor that means finding joy and happiness in the midst of difficult or challenging circumstances.

In my market, the 15 FHA offers for the triplex are metaphorically thrown in the trash by the listing agent without even being presented to the seller.

It is of course strictly a metaphor…but what I am saying is, certainly good, local lenders are worth being loyal to.  

With my current network, I'm actually up against my own finances rather than a lack of deals... but I wouldn't have had that without meeting this guy at the local meetup.This is just one example and isn't my only source of deals in the past, but I think that the real metaphor should be a "canal" rather than "river" - your canal is only as big as you make it, and if it starts drying up... well, start digging and make it bigger!

That's going to provide more protection than an LLC.To continue the metaphor, knowing your contract and the law is like your seatbelt.
