Anyone use Furnished finder leads of individuals for an entire house?
16 December 2024 | 18 replies
Furnished Finder does make it tricky since you need separate profiles for each room, but platforms like Apartments.com or Airbnb might work better if you're aiming for full-house rentals or structured by-the-room arrangements. If you decide to rent to multiple individuals:Tenant Screening: Screen each tenant thoroughly to ensure they’re reliable and responsible.Clear Communication: Introduce potential tenants to one another Detailed Agreements: Use separate leases for each tenant and specify shared vs. private spaces, utilities, and maintenance responsibilities.House Rules: Create clear, written house rules to prevent misunderstandings.Inventory Tracking: Document everything in the home (furniture, appliances, etc.) to avoid disputes about damage or missing items. Also, market your property with its flexibility in mind—like proximity to hospitals for traveling nurses or universities for graduate students.

& track my job costs against each category so I can compare my budget vs actuals and calculate the variances. For example:Electrical Budget: $4,000Electrical Actual: $6,300Variance: +$2,300This process is more tedious because you have to breakdown each invoice or receipt and allocate the costs to each Category, but it really helps you understand where you are spending your money and why you went over budget.Otherwise, it sounds like you are having trouble measuring employee productivity?

A lot of people in the current fire area had their insurance canceled lately and are really screwed, Reminds me of Florida and the insurance problem caused by the hurricanes. also thing of the Lahina fire on Maui there was no forest there freak down slope winds and buildings that were built with very dry timber with no fire protection in mind.. this stuff happens. If were gonna use fires as a measure of "good" or "bad" than Canada is hell and most of the country should evacuate because holly-heck do they have fires galore.
